S5F16P/25P and S5F16A/25A

Heavy Duty Post-type stitcher for setting up regular slotted boxes, overlap slotted boxes, full overlap boxes or half-slotted boxes with partial covers. Post-type stitchers close bottoms of slotted boxes quickly, securely. Select a model to meet your production requirements, using either narrow or wide crown stitching.

For heavy-duty work, such as stitching three pieces of single wall corrugated, two pieces of double or triple wall, or for assembly of solid fiberboard boxes.

Optional equipment includes a fatigue-reducing electric trip pedal.

Heavy duty Arm-type stitchers speed stitching of corrugated box side seams, trays and baskets, telescope, bliss and end-closed boxes; and also solid fibre drums and boxes.

Optional equipment includes a fatigue-reducing electric trip pedal.

The S5F heavy duty stitcher completely penetrates and clinches two thicknesses of up to triple wall corrugated boxes without the unsightly and weakening effects of pre-crushing. The machine is adjustable for a wide range of corrugated thicknesses all the way down two single walls.
